Registration process

Registration and Conference Fees

The deadline for registration, payment of the conference fee and abstract submission is 31 July 2013. Details regarding registration, payment and abstracts have been sent to all participants. Please contact us via gpsrs∂math.kit.edu in case you have not received any emails from us.

The conference fee is 500 Euros (single room)/400 Euros (double room) per person, including accommodation, full board, coffee breaks, a conference dinner and all conference materials. The definitive registration becomes effective upon payment of the conference fee. 

Abstract Submission

In case you present a talk or a poster, please submit the abstract of your contribution to gpsrs∂math.kit.edu not later than  31 July 2013. It will be included in the abstract booklet. No specific format for the abstract is required; if you are familiar with LaTeX, you may want to use this template.
